Termination

The letter of termination must reach the landlord in writing and signed by all tenants not later than the last day of the month. For reasons of proof, the letter of termination should always be sent by registered mail.
We would be very happy if you let us know of your termination as early as possible so that everything important can be prepared for you in peace. You can download a template for the letter of termination.

In the event of an out-of-date termination you are obliged to provide an equivalent, solvent new tenant who takes over the lease on the same terms. In this case, you are welcome to instruct us to publish the rental property on the internet for re-letting.
