Sublet
If you would like to sublet your rental property or parts of it, you need our written consent. You must also send us a copy of the sublease contract and a copy of the passport. We recommend to use the corresponding HEV form, which can be downloaded directly via the HEV Zurich website.
Please note that we have to charge a fee of CHF 110.00 including VAT for our administrative expenses for each change of subtenant.
